Matuzaka is a Japanese eatery which is nearby China-Japan Culture Communications Center.Many japanese people always would like to go there to bargaining or meet with other friends.Just feel like it's a collective place which is of Japanese themselves.Of course, it wouldn't effect my taste,anyway,it's yammy  .
